Rachel (Bostwick) Maroney

Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Rachel Maroney has Bachelors and Masters degrees in Accounting, but has always held expressive writing as priority. In recent years, especially through the journey through her Mom's terminal cancer and death, writing has allowed Rachel to compartmentalize and understand the whirlwind of feelings that accompany the processes of loss, bereavement, and grief. Rachel's writing is mostly fueled by her commitment to being unapologetically herself, writing in the style in which her brain directs her to analyze situations, and her conviction to and passion for sharing the real and the ugly details so that others may find themselves more educated, prepared, or even with an enhanced sense of relatability after reading.
