If you've ever looked at my Instagram, then chances are you know about my love for traveling. I am so enamored with the entire process of traveling and so thankful that my job allows me to work from anywhere I want so I can travel virtually any place in the world that has internet. I truly am grateful for this aspect of my professional life and try to take advantage of my opportunity to work from anywhere I want to in the world, whenever I can. Throughout my life, I have visited more than 100 countries, and during that time I have not only shared countless videos and pictures of my excursions, but I have learned a number of great lessons along the way as well.

While my list of lessons I have learned along the way is quite long, I have summarized my experiences with five key takeaways. Here are the five top lessons I've learned from traveling to over 100 countries.

1. Everyone wants to be happy, in love and enjoy freedom. This is true no matter where in the world that you go. I have seen this in people from all walks of life and I have found that no matter where you go in life or where you are from, that everyone in the world believes this is true. Furthermore, if there is one thing that will help you reach this level of happiness, it is education and this doesn't necessarily mean going to a traditional school. This is one of the many reasons I have set up my own YouTube channel of free videos to help people get access to the education they need in order to make the positive changes they want in their life.

2. People aren't very different from country to country. People from different areas of the world may have different customs or languages. They may live in different locations and among different climates, but in general all of the people I have met along the way have been really similar at heart. All the places I've visited value family, friendship, hard work, putting food on the table, religion, loyalty etc. I wish more people could see what I have seen and realize this. While we all may look and even at time act different, inherently we are motivated by many of the same things and just trying to make it through at the end of the day. I believe if more people had seen these things I've seen then there would be less war and violence.

3. The internet hasn't changed most of the world yet. In the United States we are so subscribed to this idea that the internet makes the world go around. We're used to high speed internet and tons of useful apps and truly do take the power and the speed of our internet for granted. However, most countries are just starting to learn how to post on Facebook and Instagram. However, the next few years should be very exciting to make life easier on so many cultures.

4. Education is key. I cannot continue to emphasize this enough. I've committed to building 1,000 schools around the world. Throughout my travels I have found there are too many children are being forced to work and give up on their potential far too early in life. It is truly an honor that my charity can help many of these children get the education they need to have the opportunity at a life they deserve.

5. The world is beautiful, go out and explore and experience it for yourself. If there is one thing I have truly learned from my travels, above all else, it is that every person should take the opportunity to travel the world whenever they can. There are so many beautiful, wonderful things out there in the world, don't miss out on the opportunity to see what's out there.

I really want to share these important lessons with anyone who has ever considered traveling the world. It has truly been one of the most unique experiences of my life and something that has shaped me into the person that I am today.
