It's now been about nine months since I decided to grow out my grays and at this point I have a confession to make. At the beginning of this journey, I thought I had more gray hair than I actually do!
I have now realized that I spent so much energy over the last few years trying to rid myself of that horrid demarcation line between my roots and my last hair color application, I really did not clearly see how little gray hair was actually there.
Now my hair is primarily my natural hair color (which includes some natural silver and some fun not-so-natural dusty rose pink) and I am loving it! Hooray to no longer being at the mercy to the calls of my growing root line. After this blog is published, I will refer to this journey as the return to my natural hair color.
In the video above, I share with you how my natural and silver hair has grown out and how I maintain my hair's undertone to match my cool skin undertone.
I hope this blog update inspires you to wear your authenticity!
