The right to die is taken seriously in Belgium, where citizens who get doctors' approval can elect to end their own life on their own terms. The practice is on the rise in the country, so HuffPost Live's Josh Zepps hosted a conversation on Tuesday to find out how the process works and which patients get clearance for euthanasia.
