Just one day after HBO announced intentions to create a stand alone HBO Go streaming service, CBS launched its very own Video On Demand site, CBS All Access. The service, which is now available, allows streaming of full seasons of current and past CBS shows, and also lets users stream local CBS affiliates live. Some catches: viewers won't be able to watch past seasons of every single CBS show -- "The Big Bang Theory" only has the current season available -- and the live viewing feature does not include football.
CBS All Access is available for a $5.99 monthly subscription, and features more than 5000 episodes of classic series like "Star Trek" and -- zeitgeist alert -- "Twin Peaks."
If you've been waiting for a sign from the universe that you should catch up with "The Good Wife" in one swift binge, it's here.
