WASHINGTON -- It's the most colorful time of the year!
After a few delays, Washington, D.C.'s famous cherry blossoms are finally in bloom. The National Park Service reports that the first puffy white blossoms were spotted April 4.

More than one million people will visit the nation's capital this year to see the cherry blossoms, and both tourists and locals alike are sharing their blossom fever on social media:
There are more places to see cherry blossoms than just the Tidal Basin; among Washingtonian's recommendations are Kenwood Village in Bethesda, Capitol Hill's Stanton Park, the U.S. National Arboretum and Meadowlark Botanic Gardens.
