Christine O'Donnell Heads To Court Over Claims Of Unpaid Debts

Christine O'Donnell Embroiled In Legal Tussle

A legal tussle involving Christine O’Donnell and a disgruntled ex-aide who claims he is owed more than $18,000 heads to court today in Wilmington.

Jonathon Moseley, a Virginia lawyer, was hired by O’Donnell in early 2011 to combat claims that the failed Senate candidate misspent campaign funds for her personal benefit. Moseley claims he was never paid $15,000 for that work, and another $3,250 for when he served as treasurer on O’Donnell’s failed 2008 bid against Democratic U.S. Sen. Joe Biden. Moseley was paid $17,500 up front in February 2011.
