Fourth of July has plenty to offer for free events, but the parties continue throughout the holiday weekend. D-Structure hosts local artists for Floating City and one of the biggest free jazz festivals returns with the Fillmore Jazz Festival. 1015 Folsom hosts a free-with-RSVP party with Goldie and a handful of other DJs and the Department of Fish and Game brings Free Fishing Day to California waterways. The America's Cup Louis Vuitton Cup finally gets underway on San Francisco Bay. Sunday Streets hits the Great Highway and Shooting Gallery opens it doors for the group gallery show I
