Bruxie's newest twist on the classic Southern favorite features cajun spiced fried chicken, lettuce, tomato, and pickles, topped with Remoulade Sauce — a creamy mixture of mayonnaise, dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, tarragon vinegar, Cholula, capers, Chives, and dill pickle — all sandwiched between Bruxie's signature crispy waffle.
