Gisele Bündchen And Tom Brady Reportedly Building A Home In Brookline, Massachusetts (VIDEO)

It looks like it just might be possible to get tired of fabulous weather.

It’s been a year since Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady’s mega mansion in Los Angeles was completed. But the couple is already on the move to take over the East Coast.

The duo is reportedly going to build a home in Brookline, Massachusetts. The couple supposedly has been planning to build their estate on the 5.2 acres in Chestnut Hill since Thanksgiving, but had to wait until they received approval from the Brookline Zoning Board. They finally got the green light (was there ever any doubt?), so the project can commence.

So what luxuries will their new home have? Well, according to the Boston Herald, it will be 7,465-square-foot abode with a separate yoga studio and little cottage for guests. And while this home will be a very modest compared to their 22,000-square-foot-home in Brentwood, it does make perfect sense to them to own a home -- in New England.

It’s just minutes away from New England Patriot’s owner Robert Kraft and since the neighborhood as been declared a historical district, we’re sure little Ben and Vivian will grow up very cultured. We’re just wondering if it’ll be as eco-friendly as the California home, which had sustainable building materials and solar panels -- not sure how well that will fit in the architectural heritage.

Watch the video above to learn more about Gisele and Tom’s big move, and be sure to head over to CBS for more information.
