With a name like Thor, you'd think this Great Dane puppy would hop out of bed, eager to take on the world.

You'd be mistaken.

The only thing this puppy has in common with the Norse god is his growl, which, when used to voice his displeasure at getting out of bed, sounds vaguely like thunder.

In Thor's defense, the young pup had been roused at the bleary-eyed hour of 3:30 a.m., and his humans expected him to join them at the bagel factory where they work.

While the video dates back to 2012, it surfaced on Reddit this week and surged in popularity. Watch above to see why.
