The Lee and Mary Blair Residence in Cahuenga Pass has just hit the market with a price tag of $725,000. Mary Blair was an American artist best known for her work on Disney animated films like Alice in Wonderland and Cinderella and for her character designs for the Disneyland attraction It's A Small World. Her husband Lee Blair was also a prominent artist, and the two worked with architect Harwell Hamilton Harris to design a house based on the principles of organic architecture when creating this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom residence. Harris, a former Dean for the School of Architecture at University of Texas, achieved his signature modern yet timeless look, using mostly redwood and glass throughout the house. This three story sanctuary is tucked into a grassy hillside and boasts scenic views from nearly every room.
