
“Hurricane Katrina: Race Against Time” is the top TV show on Hulu right now, according to the streamer’s public ranking system.
The five-part National Geographic docuseries, which premiered on both Hulu and Disney+ on July 28, recounts in unflinching detail how one of the deadliest natural catastrophes in U.S. history unfolded in New Orleans 20 years ago.
Told through archival footage and eyewitness testimony from several survivors, first responders and officials, “Race Against Time” offers a raw, immersive look at the devastating tragedy’s personal, political and societal fallout.
The series is directed by Oscar nominee Traci A. Curry and executive produced by Ryan Coogler‘s Proximity Media as well as Simon Chinn and Jonathan Chinn of Lightbox.

The second installment of the Wednesday Addams spinoff returns to Nevermore Academy with the entire Addams Family in tow as new mysteries and old adversaries surface. Jenna Ortega reprises her titular role alongside Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzmán, Joanna Lumley, Fred Armisen, Emma Myers, Joy Sunday, Isaac Ordonez and Victor Dorobantu.
The first four episodes hit Netflix on Aug. 6, followed by the remaining four on Sept. 3.
