I Put The Closure In Foreclosure…

If you don't know me yet, I'm Brian Penny, and The Huffington Post allows me to say what I want on their website. Why does my opinion matter? I'm a Bank of America Whistle-blower, and with the East Coast suffering catastrophic losses from Sandy, there's no better time than now to think about insurance. Let me tell you a quick story...

Last year I worked with hacktivist group Anonymous to release documents related to Bank of America, Balboa Insurance Group, QBE First, Countrywide, and GMAC's fraudulent Force-Placed Insurance activities...an industry Assurant is the leading provider in with a nearly 80% market share. The NY Department of Finance webcasted their May 2012 hearings with Benjamin Lawsky on the product, and I have a yeoman's version of a transcript I typed during live event. It's an excellent director's commentary for some rather dry material.

Anyway I digress...

My March 2011 collaboration with Anonymous, dubbed #BlackMonday, sparked the American Spring via Operation Empire State Rebellion and OperationLeaks. This sparked the US Day of Rage, which evolved into #Occupy as various independent movements and displaced professionals affected by the US housing crisis finally had a centralized banner to unite under...but no one knew why it happened...and I've been standing here with the answer screaming at no one in particular for entirely too long.

It took a lot for me to break down to the point of actually trying to explain this to you. I had to face a lot of demons. I broke myself down to a point you'll never understand. I emptied my heart and broke every tie to get here...and move forward with my life. I didn't do it for nothing. If you've ever had an auto or mortgage loan in your life, I want you to do something for me:

Go to the website of your loan company and find your insurance info. Try to update it. Find out if you've ever had an escrow account on that loan. Find your escrow balance. If you can't find anything online, find any paper documentation you have on you. I want you to tell me your experience doing this below and then I want you to contact my attorney, Beth Findsen for a consultation on your situation.

If enough of you do this, we will all begin to formulate the answer to the question...That eternal question...The. ONLY. Question...of Questions...

WTF happened to our economy?!?!

...and why are we so angry?

If you believe one word of what I've written here today, follow those steps...help me help you...by perceiving my perspective...
