Did you ever notice that Improvement begins with the letter ‘I’. The letter ‘I’ also means – me.

What do you think about when you hear the word, ‘me’?

What meaning does this bring to you?

What do you think about when you hear the word, ‘I’?

What meaning does this bring to you?

Maybe the answers bring some differences between the two – ‘I’ and ‘me’, but either way they represent you.

No one else is responsible for you but you.

You cannot change anything unless you change yourself.

I find that Sunday evenings can be the perfect time to reflect. Reflect on the past week and recognize things you accomplished, happy moments, times when your body got you through another workout, etc. Primarily focus on the good and use that mojo to get you into the next week. And if the moment strikes you, think about something you would like to improve on. No one else can do it for yourself but you.

Using the good momentum and positive energy to carry you into the next day and next week will already peek a sense of improvement from the last. Be the best version of yourself!

Being the best version of yourself – will already be one step ahead of the rest!
