Katy Perry Gives Al Roker A Lesson In Weather Reporting

Look Who's Doing The Weather

Katy Perry has done many things: she's performed at the Grammy's, been featured on magazine covers, and even survived ancient Egypt. And now she can add "weatherwoman" to that list.

The chart-topping pop singer took a stab at weather reporting on Australia's morning show "Sunrise" Tuesday. Perry had a few struggles here and there, like when she said that it was "20 degrees with a morning shower or two for Hogwarts" instead of "Hobart," but all-in-all it was a great success.

Al Roker then watched Perry's segment during the "Today" show on Wednesday and admitted that he could learn a thing or two from her performance.

"Obviously, I've been doing it the wrong way!" Roker said.

CORRECTION: A previous version of this article stated that Katy Perry had filled in for Al Roker on the "Today" show. Katy Perry was actually on the Australian morning show "Sunrise."
