Former Mob Wives co-star Carla Facciolo celebrated the big 5-0 on January 11th, at Beautique in N.Y.C. and it was just as you would imagine.

Guests, most with last names ending in a vowel, were escorted downstairs through the bustling kitchen to a back room filled with dance music, gold balloons, short skirts, hair extensions, body-builders, boob-jobs, pinky rings, and of course, fur.
