In its heyday the Hotel Bel-Air was host to a bevy of rich and famous all throughout the Los Angeles area, and now much of the furnishings from the glamorous retreat will go on sale Thursday, at 10 a.m.

Hotel Bel-Air has embarked on an extensive refurbishment project that includes the renovation of all 91 rooms and suites, as well as the famous Champagne Bar and the hotel's restaurant.

To accommodate the ongoing renovations at the hotel, a liquidation company has removed the Hotel Bel-Air's furnishings to an offsite location
