Wouldn't it be an amazing feeling to wake up every day genuinely excited to work?
Wouldn't it be amazing to feel like your work isn't work?
Wouldn't it be just feel incredible to feel excited to get up in the morning because you get to help people feel inspired and empowered, and you just can't wait to jump out of bed to do this?
Yeah... It IS incredible and amazing and exciting!
It's how I've been feeling lately.
See, what I've been doing is getting up when my baby wakes up - usually between 5 and 6 am. Hubby takes care of him while I start typing away, finding words to inspire people, tuning in to the energies of those who enjoy my work, and writing what they most need to hear. Sometimes I will write messages specifically for those of you who are feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, or down in some way. And sometimes I will write specifically for those of you who are generally happy, but where I know you can feel and do more.
For two days in a row now, bubs has slept in til 6am!
Early this year I would have KILLED for that little bit of extra sleep.
But now? NOW I am awake around 4:30 or 5 waiting impatiently for baby to wake so that I can jump out of bed, and see what words pour out of me, and see what inspiring and empowering messages I come up with next!
Since hubby has to start getting ready for work at around 6am, I've been getting a little frustrated that I have not got to share some inspiring messages first thing in the morning, without interruption.
It's kind of funny, that NOW I get disappointed when I am not woken up before 6am.
But you know what?
I am SO GRATEFUL.
So grateful that my little boy isn't a great sleeper, and that we're usually up by 5:30am.
So grateful that I get to jump out of bed, make a beautiful fresh coffee, and write from the heart, from the Soul, from me, with my messages for the world.
I am so grateful that I have decided that THIS IS MY LIFE.
And I am so grateful that I created this myself by following my own path.
My question for you to ponder today is:
Do you wake up excited to start your day? And if not, what can you do to create days like this?
I know. And I get it.
I also know what it's like to feel lost and confused, and to feel like you don't have anything to share, or you don't know what to share, or you think no one is interested.
So I ask you:
What are you passionate about?
It doesn't matter if you aren't sure if it's your true calling or not.
It doesn't matter if you don't think it's as big or lofty as what other people are sharing.
It doesn't even matter if you don't think you're good enough to talk about it.
ALL THAT MATTERS is that you ENJOY it.
You're not stuck with the one thing for life.
Over time your interests will evolve.
Over time YOU will evolve.
So simply run with what you've got!
Run with what you've got right now. Because now is your time. And it's your time to be enjoying life! Isn't that what you want?
So what are you enjoying right now? And where are you sharing this enthusiasm? And who are you sharing it with?
Enthusiasm is infectious!
How much better would the world be then?
This is a game changer. A WORLD CHANGER.
