For $838,000 (U.S.), you can have your very own Tasmanian pub -- plus the beer-swilling pig who calls it home.

But this isn't just any barfly pig. "Pinky" brings in the tourists to the Australian island's Pub in the Paddock in Pyengana, drinking the specialty brew with the visitors, reports the Mercury.

A pint of snout, perhaps?

The original beer-drinking pig on the premises was Priscilla, according to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, but she moved on to the sty in the sky.

Owner Anne Free, 65, is giving up the 132-year-old bar to tend her family's farm, the outlet said. But she'll always know who the true big-shot was on the premises. "I never thought I would have to compete with a pig but that is what happens here," she told the paper.

The price includes an inn with six guest rooms, reported the Property Observer.

"This property is perfect for the owner operator, offering a life style that most can only dream of," listing agent Nereda Ball told the publication.

Cheers, Pinky!
