Rose McGowan Flashes Blue Lacy Bra Under Revealing Top (PHOTO)

Rose McGowan has never really been a blushing flower, but we didn't expect her to forego any semblance of modesty by revealing almost her entire bra on the streets of Los Angeles.

The 38-year-old actress stepped out yesterday in a plunging black camisole -- so plunging that it essentially served as a frame to her bright blue brassiere. Now we understand flashing a little lace during the evening, but the whole visible-bra look felt a bit jarring under the harsh light of day. The fact that the rest of the look was all black didn't help to diffuse the situation either (but we have to admit that we're fans of the Isabel Marant kicks).
