… I made Imitation Moon after I learned that the Moon is moving away from the Earth, at the rate of 1.48 inches per year. Buildings cover the surface of Imitation Moon. Their rooftops are LED monitors that imitate the surface of the ancient moon because the people on the Earth yearn for the lost moon.
