The big summer songs are here thanks to Katy Perry, Rhianna, Xtina and more, but don't overlook a few other pop divas that have something to sing about this summer.
First up, Robyn's Body Talk Part 1. Robyn, the Swedish pop sensation, returns with a 30 minute collection of great new dance songs. Body Talk Part 1 is the first in a series of three releases that comes out tomorrow. The set begins with "Don't Fucking Tell Me What To Do," which is a list of things that are killing our diva -- from her email to her manager -- all set to a disco beat. "Dancing On My Own" is the first single and video, and it really delivers. Per Robyn herself, she cites influences in Ultra Voxx's "Dancing With Tears In My Eyes" as well as Sylvester and Donna Summer. It is disco for 2010. Other stand out tracks include "Dancehall Queen," "Cry When You Get Older," and "None of Dem" featuring Royksopp.

SIA is back with We Are Born. Most people are familiar with her song 'Breathe Me" when it was used during the epic ending scene of Six Feet Under. She released "Some People Have Real Problems" in 2008, and it featured terrific tracks such as "The Girl You Lost To Cocaine", "Little Black Sandals" and "Death By Chocolate." Her new album, "We Are Born," comes out on June 22 and features "Clap Your Hands" -- you can hear the Diplo remix here-- and "You've Changed," which you can hear here. Being a hit in Europe doesn't mean instant hits here, and no one knows that better than Kylie Minogue. However, her fans here know too well that she's been making nonstop hits for years. On July 6, she's back with "Aphrodite," which features 12 songs. First up is "All The Lovers," which could easily become a dance anthem. The video itself is causing a bit of a stir -- seems like a mash-up between a really great car commercial and a giant orgy.
While these three projects might not have the big blockbuster appeal of "California Gurls" (hard to deny the impact that this song will have this summer), they each offer a look at a different kind of summer song. Enjoy!
