We Made Trump

The revolution has finally started. I just never thought it would be led by a Frankenstein made together of all the things I abhorrently detest in a human being and it will be far from a Hollywood ending.

Trump coming to power is the result of the perfect storm.

Imagine the world is a laboratory and God is a scientist who is a mutant hybrid of Mickey Mouse and Homer Simpson. (Their heads crudely stitched together with all the elegance of a Bambi amputee attempting a delicate ballet step in a small space) He's coming to the end of his final series and he want's a bigger showdown than that of House of Cards and Game of Thrones put together.

In the labeled jars above him he picks out society, corruption, poverty, unemployment and education. He puts this in a petri dish and blast's this with a Bunsen burner for 10 years while dissolving education and adding consumerism and vacuous does of celebrity with added sugar and nitric oxide. Throw in some terrorism, hate and a huge does of fear... After a while something begins to crystalize and forms a slightly sparkly blonde and blue crust sprouting from the petri dish with a putrid smell.

What's going on in various parts of the world right now is the result of neglect and malnutrition in education in poor parts of society. When we swap education for entertainment and take away cohesiveness by stripping jobs, extremism grows. It grows in all forms like a fungus or a cancer and spreads to all the weak parts of society who desperately want to belong to something. This is what is happening in our current climate and it's the result of neglect. We've spent the last decades dumbing down our society by cutting costs, funding in schools and yet only to replace it with a society that is based on celebrity and tabloid culture that are only interested in profits. Where aspirations are to be rich, wear brands and to become famous for the sake of being famous.

Donald Trumps platform has appeared from the same cultural habitat that we feed to people in deprived areas with no education or opportunities. It's the same demographic that ISIS targets, spreading their propaganda into the same areas' that breeds haters and mistrust in society to people who no longer feel apart of something and have no jobs.

Trump has all the narcissism and vanity that is born through the system of greed and power that has been cultivated and projected through our modern day tabloid culture. Aspire to be famous and be rich like him and now it's finally come full circle. The myth of the billionaire was born though our very culture we present as entertainment in the place of facts and learning and it has spawned a self fulfilling prophecy of the reality show becoming reality. Shopping malls have become our churches, while models and actors adorn the designer walls in outlets stores like angels and saints. They tell us stories, what to believe in and tell us what to wear. We want to be part of the 'Entourage' Well after years and years of indoctrination, we as a society have done a good job at converting the ignorant, uneducated and the poor. We live in a world of storytellers where facts are no longer important and truths are irrelevant. Politics and opinions are polarized and you are either fighting for good or evil. The amalgamation of these elements have been condensed and incarnated in Donald Trump. A self centered, egocentric billionaire being represented as Robin Hood by saying he will take from the rich and the corrupted and give it back to the poor. This is the savior!... The people have spoken and they want a celebrity God to fix things! Are we really surprised?...

He's the equivalent of Batman the Dark Knight who spends all his money and family wealth in fighting his cause, but instead of fighting for good of Gotham he fights for the throne of America. People are so angry that they feel they have been giving nothing and are forgotten. They want a voice and no matter what Trump says, they will follow him as he is the vehicle for their hate and a perfect conduit to express it in. It's not surprising people get personalities and celebrities mixed up with politicians. It's a manifestation of our environment that we have been fusing for decades. It started off with the actor Ronald Reagan becoming president in the 80's. Arnold Schwarzenegger being the Governor of California and Sarah Palin running for vice president under John McCain in 2008. (All Republicans)

Sarah Palin was the skeletal mechanical Terminator from the first movie. She was a personality with no idea of global politics who became famous for being Sarah Palin. Her biggest gift was not winning the post of vice president as she could say whatever she wanted and it would never be tested. She has far more power as a celebrity than being a politician as her ridiculous policies can never be seen to fail.

(The same goes for Nigel Ferage the ex leader of UKIP in the UK)

Trump is the new sophisticated, sleeker Terminator that morphs into the people's hero. A shiny metallic chrome aluminum chassis on steroids with a blonde come over wig. It's shaped like a state of the art fascist Lamborghini, where Sarah Palin was the Nazi King Tiger tank.

We have basically become the parody of ourselves where our sitcoms and satire have become reality. In 2004 Paris Hilton was photographed wearing a "VOTE OR DIE!" T shirt helping to promote the vote campaign founded by P. Diddy. She didn't vote and to make matters worse, wasn't even registered to vote in the first place. If we have these people as role models and leaders and we have to take responsibility for letting them having a voice. I'm not entirely sure how to do this but we need to take more care as a collective. What's happening now before our very eyes can't be re-booted. The Republican Party has been hijacked from the inside out like that alien exploding from that dog in the film The Thing. A whole political party that represents most of the uneducated and the conservatives in the most powerful economy on the planet has become the Trump Party. The revolution has finally started. I just never thought it would be led by a Frankenstein made together of all the things I abhorrently detest in a human being and it will be far from a Hollywood ending... Lets hope this doesn't become Planet Trump.
