Adrianne Murchison is a freelance writer and former features reporter for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Her many stories have leaped from musicians such as Gladys Knight and Ramsey Lewis to comedians Richard Lewis and D.L. Hughley.

When sheโ€™s not writing on entertainment, Adrianne is a spiritual columnist for Examiner.com. She offers a provocative yet spiritual take on many stories of the day. A few include Rihanna and Chris Brown, Alex Rodriguez, and the close relationship between President Obama and the first lady.

Adrianne grew up in Buffalo, New York and worked in the investment industry for several years. She spent 10 years at Bear Stearns in New York City before she changed careers and became a reporter with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. She is also the author of a non-fiction book titled, Kalieding on the Road to Happiness, in which she interviewed African American men and women on their experiences and expectations in relationships.
