Kari is the founder and CEO of Culture Coach International (CCI), a company specializing in building respect across different groups of people through on the job education and training. Diversity has been the hallmark of Kari’s work and her experiences have brought her into contact with world leaders, inner-city youth, government officials, non-profit organizations and business executives. She specializes in linking the issues of diversity and cross-cultural awareness to the bottom line with engagements that are both strategic and practical.
