N'ilah Whitaker, Teen Specialist, holds a Masters in Library Science from the University of Pittsburgh. She trains, facilitates, and hosts conferences and workshops around the state as a Teen Librarian. She also works closely with local community youth organizations, schools and teachers to promote and advocate literacy in various forms.
