High school student in Los Angeles and Minds Matter participant
Toshe Ayo-Ariyo, a native of Nigeria, is a senior at King Drew Magnet High School of Medicine and Science in Los Angeles and is a member of the inaugural class of Minds Matter Los Angeles. She is the future salutatorian of her class, the editor-in-chief of the King Drew yearbook, and vice president of Junior State of America. As a college peer counselor, Toshe assists her fellow students with the application process. For fun, she loves to socialize, dance, and eat -- especially Nigerian rice!
