On Wednesday evening, the Grammy winner shared a photo from what looks like the workout session from hell -- welcome to 2016, ladies and gents -- in preparation for her upcoming world tour (yeah, the one you couldn't get tickets to).
Adele has already gone on record about her distaste for social media, so when she does post something, we stop, drop and retweet.
She captioned the photo (which FYI now doubles as our new bedroom wallpaper) as "getting ready...". The pic catches her mid-workout, perfectly capturing how we all feel about going to the gym #notintoit.
Is it just us, or does Adele's face look EXACTLY like the Tired Face emoji? Kim Kardashian's Kimoji is, like, so two minutes ago. The world now demands Adeloji.
It's so refreshing to see a celeb gym selfie that's not about how hot their body is and actually shows what it's like to work out. If you're like us, the gym is where we look our worst. What can we say? Adele just gets it.
Jennifer Lawrence's new BFF hasn't been shy about her feelings towards exercise in the past, once saying, "I’d rather have lunch with my friends than go to a gym.” Speak your truth, queen.
