Many things can go so-called wrong in our upbringing. Our psyche and inner landscape is formed when we are in our mother's womb. There after the first six years of our lives play a very important role in the creation of our emotional state.

All the things our parents haven't managed to recognize and take responsibility for when we are born is ours to carry.

That's why a lot of us grow up with burdens we will have to transform in order to live a life that's a true expression of who we really are inside.

The majority of adults are living their life with an encapsulated pain from their childhood inside which they are constantly trying to numb with different addictions and upper limits.

If we stubbornly consciously or subconsciously deny looking at our baggage then the problems and conflicts will grow stronger, while life continues in trying to bring us back to life.

If we don't understand what's going on, we withdraw even more denying our feelings completely. A fear of life sets in, in the form of a fear of death where we are letting the mind and the fear rule, as we ignore our heart's calling and the body's many clear signals.

The life, which should have been led by an adult, is led by a small, wounded and scared child. That's why so many things feel overwhelming and that's why it's difficult to be who we really are.

The responsibility for our healing is ours. The point is not to spend our whole life taking care of a small child. At some point an adult is needed in order for the inner child to grow up and become the age we really are.

From there we become masters of our own universe and very few things can bring us out of balance. And only from there life begins to have meaning. The essence shines through and the many upper limits decrease immensely.
