ENDA Won't Protect Heterosexuals, Should Be Called 'Jerry Sandusky Pedophile Protection' Act: Bryan Fischer

Bryan Fischer isn't holding back when it comes to his disapproval of the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, or ENDA.

As Right Wing Watch is reporting, the American Family Association's resident pundit took to his "Focal Point" radio show earlier this week condemning the proposed legislation. Fischer, whose anti-gay proclamations have become a staple of his broadcasts, has deemed ENDA "the Jerry Sandusky Pedophile Protection Act" while arguing that the legislation offers "no protection for heterosexuals."

"If you discriminate against aberrant, deviant sexual behavior, that's good," Fischer says. 'There's no protection here for heterosexuals -- they get no legal protections here in the law."

Unfortunately, Fischer's remarks aren't particularly surprising given his history. In August, he argued that same-sex marriage should be referred to as "sodomy-based marriage." About a month before that, he drew an unlikely link between the George Zimmerman/Trayvon Martin case and the U.S. Supreme Court's rulings on the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) and Prop 8 in June.

"For example of injustice, don't look at Zimmerman," he tweeted at the time. "Look at what Supreme Court did on DOMA, Prop 8. There's your travesty."
