Bruce Springsteen famously said of Clarence Clemons, "You want to be like him, but you can't." That about sums it up for us.

When we heard the sad news of Clemons' passing, we were reminded of this funny and thoughtful interview Jon Stewart did with him in 2009 upon the release of Clemons' book, "Big Man: Real Life & Tall Tales."

He wasn't a comedian, of course, but Clarence Clemons filled us with joy all the same. He will be missed.
