Welcome to Turkmenistan, where we get lost (again) as we head from London to Mongolia to raise funds for charity during the Mongol Rally. In the third episode of "Adventures in Mongol Rally Land," My co-pilot Steven Priovolos and I meet fellow ralliers on the road, but ultimately we must find the route to Ulaanbaatar on our own. Seeking directions from locals doesn't help, and even a group of 9-year-old girls can't guide us on the correct path.

Undaunted, we take the only road we can find, which leads to a chance meeting with a true nomad -- a French cyclist on day 638 of his journey. Then it's on to Uzbekistan, where some friendly locals provide us with food and shelter for a night. The next day, persevering through a cow jam, we eventually reach Siberia and get one big step closer to our final destination.
