A judge Monday dismissed a trespassing charge against anti-tax activist Douglas Bruce and another man after finding that the officer incorrectly changed the date on the ticket.

Colorado Springs Municipal Judge Spencer A. Gresham ruled that the officer erred when she changed the date on her copy of the tickets after she had issued them to Bruce and co-defendant Douglas Stinehagen.
