There ain't no cure for the foggy summertime blues in San Francisco, but fall is sure shaping up nicely. Polk Street welcomes the new season with the Polk Street Blues Festival this weekend and folk troubadour Father John Misty makes a stop at UC Berkeley. Expect traffic snarls and a bigger than normal crowd for the Critical Mass 20-Year Anniversary. Meanwhile local skaters will be out en masse for the grand opening of Balboa Skate Park. Sunset Fall Music Picnic takes the party lakeside in Marin County and the Mid-Market neighborhood bets a boost from 24 Days of Central Market Arts Festival 2012.
