To all those who’ve replayed the glorious few seconds of the infinitely watchable “A Star Is Born” trailer just to hear Lady Gaga wail “Ahhh Oaaa Ohh Ohhh Ahhh” for the umpteenth time, give your fingers a rest.

The full version of the song in question, “Shallow,” co-written for the film by Gaga herself, was finally released on Thursday ― and it’s just as soaring and powerful as fans had hoped.

In advance of “A Star Is Born’s” release in theaters Oct. 5, Gaga premiered the sweeping ballad on Apple Music’s Beats 1 Radio on Thursday afternoon with host Zane Lowe.

The song arrives early in the film, the third remake of the 1937 movie of the same name, as Gaga’s character Ally is unexpectedly brought on stage with renown rocker Jackson Maine (Bradley Cooper). In typical Gaga fashion, she, of course, slays the performance and wins over the crowd, confirming that her star is very much on the rise.

“I’m off the deep end, watch as I dive in / I’ll never meet the ground,” she belts on the track’s chorus. “Crash through the surface, where they can’t hurt us /
We’re far from the shallow now.”

Gaga fans who’ve been awaiting the release of the song were predictably shook by finally being able to listen to the power ballad in full.

The “A Star Is Born” soundtrack is now available for pre-order.
