A man believed to be in his late teens or early 20s was seen masturbating on a southbound D train on the morning of July 30th, cops say.

The New York Daily News reports that the same man "snatched a cell phone out of a woman's hand while riding an F train in Brooklyn" about six hours later.

This is the second hunt for a subway flasher in as many weeks.

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS.

The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers Website at www.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.com or texting their tips to 274637(CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
