Mark Consuelos Gets Revenge On Wife Kelly Ripa With Hilarious Voicemail She Left Him (VIDEO)

Mark Consuelos Gets Revenge On Wife Kelly Ripa By Playing Voicemail

Mark Consuelos loves his wife, Kelly Ripa, but he doesn't love how she's always embarrassing him on her TV show. On "Jimmy Kimmel Live," Consuelos had a way to get her back. He brought with him a voicemail she'd left him after undergoing some dental work. And so, of course, he played the audio on the air.

“It’s, it’s me," Ripa said in the recording. "Um, the only reason I’m calling right now is because everyone wants you to hear my voice before the novocaine wears off. ‘Cause they think it’s really funny. I don’t think it’s funny. I can’t feel my ear or my eyeball. Anyway, I love you and I hope this voicemail leaves you great happiness.” Clearly it did just that, as Consuelos not only held onto the voicemail, but he used it to try and embarrass his wife on national television.

Ripa had Tweeted that she was excited to see her husband on the show, but she might have changed her mind after seeing that. At least they have a good sense of humor in their relationship. Hopefully it will translate into the sitcom they're developing for ABC as producing partners.

Mark Consuelos can next be seen on the Amazon original series "Alpha House," which premieres November 15. "Jimmy Kimmel Live" airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. ET on ABC.
