As a 30 year veteran of the migraine struggle, I'm now in migraine "remission". I have to say the fear of the migraine and the hangover from the migraine were far  the worst second to having to make sure I could suffer silently. I'm a Mom of 4. And through those last two decades my greatest wish to be able to suffer peacefully. Pretty ironic huh...But that's not what this blog is about. It's about other Mommy Issues. 

As a holistic migraine coach many people have reported me that they have a less than harmonious relationship specifically with their Mother. A relationship that they wish they could make better. Many people report that before they know they are going to see their Mom....here comes the incoming migraine....

This is such a pickle of a situation and tends to be deeply deeply routed in many. I came across this video that is not only hysterical but may help you see things from a different perspective and ward off a migraine or two....
