Bess Levin of Dealbreaker got a hold of a document from Bridgewater Associates, a Westport, Connecticut-based hedge fund. Founder Ray Dalio, Levin writes, makes his employees memorize more than 200 "principles," including apparent aphorisms like "Be the Hyena. Attack that wildebeest" and "don't depersonalize mistakes."
