David Evans is the Director of Research Advocacy for Project Inform, one of the oldest HIV and hepatitis information, advocacy and policy organizations in the United States. David has been an HIV educator, writer and activist since joining the AIDS Coalition to Unleash Power (ACT UP) in 1991. He is currently engaged in science, advocacy and policy regarding HIV cure, pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and HIV linkage to and retention in health care.
