Dr. Tim Mainardi

Physician, researcher and educator

Dr. Tim Mainardi is a physician, researcher and educator who specializes in treating a host of allergic diseases. He holds certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. He is an expert in treating nasal and ocular allergies, asthma, sinusitis, anaphylaxis and diseases of the skin.

In addition to being a founding partner at a private allergy practice, Hudson Allergy, Dr. Mainardi is currently a faculty member at New York Presbyterian/Cornell Weill and is the consultant allergist for Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital. He is a leader in the New York City area in medication allergies, with a focus on chemotherapy and is also a thought leader in the field of complementary and alternative medicine in allergy.

Patients visiting Dr. Mainardi can receive a full range of care for allergic issues. He provides allergy consultations and pulmonary function testing in addition to treatment for conditions including hives, psoriasis, sore throat, sinus problems, allergic cough, and ear infection. Dr. Mainardi believes strongly that patient education is the center of any practice, and an educated patient is a healthier patient.
