Julia Holland runs a thriving vocal studio in Malibu, California, where she coaches students of all ages as well as many celebrity entertainers.

In addition to her private coaching, Julia has run the vocal programs in two Malibu elementary schools and is founder of Once Upon a Time Children’s Theater, where she is producer and co-director of elaborate Broadway Musicals for kids 3rd to 5th grade. Julia also directs Malibu’s beloved “Bu Notes”, a singing group comprised of 9 local women.

She is on the board of directors of the Malibu Stage Company and received an NAACP Theater Awards nomination for Best Director of the hit musical hit “The Wild Party” by Michael John LaChiusa.

An unabashed conservator of the earth, Julia is the creator of the Eco Hero Kids and executive director of the Eco Hero Kids Foundation whose mission statement is “To empower, encourage and educate kids and their families worldwide, through music and theater to become actively involved in protecting our global environment.”

Her goal is to start after school Eco Hero Kids Clubs worldwide where children can learn about becoming stewards of our earth, and create an interactive website for children to blog about their new found knowledge and accomplishments –- posting art, music and, videos and the written word. She is also a developing a children’s TV show related to the Eco Hero Kids.

She continues to work as a studio artist, singer, songwriter and actress.
