Mark R. Cohen

Mark R. Cohen is the Khedouri A. Zilkha Professor of Jewish Civilization in the Near East at Princeton University. Professor Cohen is also a rabbi whose academic study focuses on the relationship between Judaism, Christianity, and Islam in the Middle Ages. He is the first winner of the Merrimack College Center for the Study of Jewish-Christian-Muslim Relation’s Goldziher Prize for his scholarship promoting better understanding between Muslims and Jews.
