Scott was most recently the Chief Operating Officer of NewsCore, a digital innovation initiative within the Office of the Chairman at News Corporation. There, he and his team conceived, designed, built and managed a proprietary technology platform to enable the sharing of digital content across the media conglomerate’s news divisions. Prior to that, he spent 12 years in key executive positions on the team that launched and grew Fox News Channel from nothing into the most disruptive (and profitable) television news product of the past generation. He’s worked in dozens of countries on every continent and speaks fluent Spanish. He was an early evangelist in the digital arena, beginning with the launch of CNN.com in 1995, and began his storytelling career at the age of 12 with a Nikon rangefinder.
