Serena is a 20-something trying to make her mark in the writing world. She majored in magazine journalism, aspires to write for a major magazine someday, and is not at all offended when compared to Andy in The Devil Wears Prada. She works full time with children as a preschool teacher, but tries to write as much as she can in her spare time. She enjoys traveling, country music concerts, beach trips, art projects, and trying new foods. Serena lives in Oregon with her boyfriend with their three cats, and hopes to add one or two (or ten) dogs in the future.
