Will Slocombe has directed numerous short films and two independent features. His directorial debut, CRIME FICTION, was selected out of over 1,000 submissions to premiere at the 2007 Slamdance Film Festival and was celebrated by Variety as “intriguing” and “Hitchcockian.” A Washington, D.C. native, Will has held positions at ABC News, Guggenheim Productions, National Public Radio, the Los Angeles Film Festival, and the Independent Spirit Awards. The Chicago Tribune has named him among Chicago’s “Five to Watch” list of emerging talent. He recently wrote and directed a web series, Reception, and wrapped production on his second feature, MULLIGAN. COLD TURKEY is his third feature as a director, his first as a writer.
