The above group has received honors for the outstanding use of video from the National Magazine Awards for Digital Media; 5280 is the first ever city and regional publication to be a finalist in the competition.

5280's video, "The Saddlemaker," follows Jesse Smith, a rancher in southeast Colorado who has handmade saddles there for the past 47 years. Watch the video above, or read more on the magazine's website.
