Ann Curry donned a very bold outfit on Wednesday's "Today" show.

Curry opened the week by debuting a shorter and peppier haircut—just in time for summer. She paired her new 'do with a bright yellow, floor length ensemble, cinched at the waist with a skinny, textured belt.

Our sources tell us there is a slit in the back of the dress, which could explain why "Today" co-host Al Roker described Curry's outfit a "dress mullet." He joked that it was like "business in the front and party in the back."

Curry is known for her daring style, which many consider a welcomed departure from the traditional solid sheath dresses and blazers often worn by newswomen. Check out Curry's outfit and tell us what you think in the poll below:
