Police in Colorado Springs acting on a tip arrested a suspected drug dealer and buyer who were driving around with 60 balloons containing heroin.
The arrest took place at about 11:15 a.m. Sunday near the 300 block of South Academy Boulevard, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department crime blotter.
